The Alert Log shows all alerts triggered by your monitors over the selected time frame – last 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. It shows which monitors triggered alerts, and who was notified about the problems.
To open the Alert Log, select Alerts > Alert Log from the top menu.
Select the alert in the list. You will see alert recipients on the right.
You can filter alerts by the monitor name, alert type (availability/performance) and message type (error/clear).
Type into the search box to filter the alert log.
The Alert Log does not show alert contents and error descriptions, but you can see them in the Notification Detail report. You can create or schedule this report in Reports > Performance Reports. To learn how, see Creating and Scheduling Reports.
